I’m a nature lover from County Kildare with a big heart for people, community, and the environment. Before I became a Virtual Assistant, I worked as an R&D Scientist and Quality Assurance Scientist. Those roles taught me a lot about precision and problem-solving, but I always felt a bit disconnected from my true passion, supporting sustainability and meaningful community work.
My journey started with Earthy Cailíní, a project where I raised awareness about the climate crisis. That grew into The Earthy Marketplace, a website and app that supports sustainable and ethical businesses and organisations across Ireland. Working on these projects gave me real insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face every day.
Along the way, I realised so many eco-friendly, wellness, and creative business owners were juggling too much and struggling to stay true to their values. I wanted to do more than just tick off tasks. I wanted to be a trusted partner who really understands what it’s like and helps clear the way forward.
